Solution 1

Tilloo managed to find his way to the 'forbidden passage' by getting hold of his father's security card. Then, evading his watchful mother's eye, Tilloo made his way to the forbidden passage.

Tilloo hoped to see the sun or the stars once he emerged from his underground home.

Tilloo's father advised him not to try to reach the surface of the planet because it was difficult for an ordinary person to survive because the air was too thin to breathe and the temperature was so low that one would freeze to death.

It changed slightly but the change was sufficient to upset the balance of nature on this planet. The birds, animals and fish couldn't bear it and became extinct.

The mechanical hand was emerging from the spacecraft. It was approaching the surface of the planet to touch the soil (collect soil for examination).

The damage was that the mechanical hand from the spacecraft ceased to work.

The spacecraft came from earth.
